Returns & Refunds Policy

At Flat Plugs, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: You may return most items within 10 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

    • Custom or special-order products

    • Clearance or final sale items

     

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

3. Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different model or replacement, please contact us before sending it back.

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and approved.

4. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@flatplugs.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions on how to proceed.
