Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different model or replacement, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and approved.
4. Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
