Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (if available). Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

FlatPlugs is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier once marked as delivered. If you believe your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

We will do our best to assist you where possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. FlatPlugs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Damaged Items
